Short Bio : Ingrid is Full Professor at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Chair of Economic Policy, and Research Associate at the Kiel Institute for the World Economy (IfW), research program ‚Knowledge accumulation and growth. Her main research interests are Innovation and growth theory, high-tech, regional development. She has published in journals such as Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control, Industrial and Corporate Change, Environmental and Resource Economics, Technological Forecasting and Social Change and Research Policy.
