EDEN: Nice School of Economic Law
 

The team’s research focuses on economic law. The approach is original in terms of topics studied as well as on working methods such as substantive analysis. The economic law School is characterized by a critical approach to the regulation of economic activities. A particular interest is given to the analysis of the economic law ((Private economic powers, regulation), in domains related to AI and digitalization, environment, risk and vulnerability, market law. In addition, the team works on sources and epistemology.
