The team performs interdisciplinary research - beyond the borders of economics, law, management – and values the contribution of other disciplines (chemistry, agroecology, psychology, marine biology, materials sciences) with the ambition of understanding the barriers to the ecological transition, especially in the domains of energy, recycling, nuclear safety and agro-ecology . Research is conducted using a range of methods, combining qualitative and quantitative empirical approaches and behavioral economics. Adaptation strategies in face of climate change and the building of organizational resilience are observed and managed such as leadership in face of radical uncertainty.
